Where we ship. Shoe Bevy, LLC ships to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Free shipping. Orders of $150 or more, after discounts and before taxes, ship free by standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, and expedited or express upgrades, are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Processing. Orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Time begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates. After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, expedited 2 business days and express 1 business day. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and high volume can extend them. Available methods and rates appear at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address entered at checkout. Email info@shoebevy.com right away if it needs to change; we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you pay the new shipping charge. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Delayed, lost or missing packages. If your order is late, check your tracking first. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check around your delivery area and with neighbors, and wait 24 hours, since carriers sometimes scan early. Then email info@shoebevy.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable, except when we made a shipping error or as required by law.
