Agreement. shoebevy.com is operated by Shoe Bevy, LLC ("ShoeBevy," "we"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies, which form part of them.

Orders and pricing. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud or an obvious pricing or listing error; if we cancel after you pay, we refund you in full. Prices, availability and promotions may change without notice.

Products. We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can, but colors vary by screen and sizing varies by brand. Pre-owned items are sold in the condition described on the listing.

Brands and trademarks. ShoeBevy is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell unless stated. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

Warranties. Except as stated in our policies or required by law, products are sold without additional warranties from ShoeBevy. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, come from the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoeBevy's total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

Site use. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, unless the law requires otherwise.
